TJ Rampit USA is always looking for dealers and installers throughout the United States to service our growing customer base. If you are interested, fill out our Dealer/Installer Application form and send it to us. If we are in need of a dealer or installer in your area, a representative will contact you shortly.
DEALERS: Please fill the application out in its entirety, as well as the Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption.
INSTALLERS: If you're interested in installing our ramps for VAs, please fill out the top portion of the application, as well as the W-9, and provide us with your proof of liability and workers compensation insurance.
If you need a temporary ramp system and live in either Michigan, Indiana, or Ohio, fill this form out and fax it to us and we'll be sure to get it installed for you right away.
